The Bank Aadhaar Kendra are being set up with an objective to make the Aadhaar services easily accessible for people by bringing the centres closer to their location. In case of State Govt. centers, similar Aadhaar services are also offered through Deputy Commissioner (DC) offices in districts at Government premises, identified and approved by the concerned District Collector/District Magistrate who are the Nodal Officers, for the benefit of general public.
